73. Mom Rage
Mom rage. It happens to most of us at one point or another and can feel debilitating and shameful. But you are not a bad mom. Let me repeat that… you are NOT a bad mom, you are simply a mom that is overworked and not getting your needs met.
Like an iceberg, there is much more below the surface. In order to feel better as mothers, we need to get to the root of the issue instead of just focusing on the outward action.
