MORE ABOUT ABBY

Abby Rose Green is a mom of three, coach, speaker, and Down Syndrome inclusion advocate. She co-owns HERself podcast, a community devoted to helping women pursue their dream life without losing their relationships, values or selves in the process. As an enneagram 3 and recovering perfectionist,  she loves nothing more than a completed to-do list full of the things she values most.

Abby is an experienced speaker on topics such as:

  • Are you serving the task or is the task serving you? In a world of constant pings and notifications, it can be hard to hone in and focus on what really matters. Many of us are perpetually "busy" yet we still feel unfulfilled and stuck in life and our careers. Whether the distraction is coming from within (overthinking/rumination) or externally (phone, email, coworkers, etc) learn how to quiet the noise so you can live out your values.

  • Have you ever said "I don't have time for XYZ"? If you're like most busy adults, your answer is most likely "yes" even on the things that are most important to you. Join this workshop to learn how to reverse the habit of never having enough time by setting boundaries, prioritizing the non-negotiables, and resetting your relationship with time. We also will go into a very important exercise you can do with every item on your to-do list entitled DAD: Delegate, Automate, Delete which will give you hours back every single week!

  • Many of us will go about our day on autopilot without ever stopping to rethink our next step. Instead, let's get intentional with our life and career and find out what really makes us tick with the WHY behind this one precious life.

  • ”I’m not good enough” “Why would anyone want to learn from me” “It’s already been done”. Do these sound familiar? What you may not know is that people can fall into different categories which means it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach to overcoming it. Join this presentation to discover how self trust can form the foundation and how learning the different types of imposter syndrome so you can find the strategy that will work best for you and your future success.

  • ”Mom, why does that kid look and talk weird?” Have you been asked this? Did you shush the question and hope that no one heard? You’re not alone but there is a better way! From a mother of three, one with Down syndrome, join this presentation to learn what to say and what not to say when teaching your children about differences. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s helpful and hurtful in the special needs community.

“I was so inspired by Abby and the way she spoke so honestly about time management - something I think most adults struggle with. I didn’t want her session to send and I truly felt empowered that I could make some real adjustments to my life.”
