113: Don’t Stay Stuck in the Suck

This new year started off with its fair challenges for us, including a stomach virus, breaks from work and cases of Covid (in both our households!), and more. Today, we want to share our thoughts about these experiences in pandemic parenting, as well as give you some tools that we’ve found helpful, including mindset shifts and exercises that you can start implementing in your daily life.

If you’re exhausted right now, know that we’re right there with you, but that you don’t have to stay stuck in the suck! Embracing the challenges, surviving, and finding those little pockets of light where we can is going to help us all feel better through this time.

Remember that our paths in life for a large part have been chosen for us, and time will keep moving on regardless of what is happening, but we’ve got to figure out how to make the most of it for ourselves, our families, and each and every person we meet!
